When it comes to National Signing Day, teams will do whatever it takes to reel in the Nation’s top recruits. Whether that means creating a buzz via coaching moves, stadium improvements, television contracts or new uniforms, it doesn’t matter.

The University of South Florida proved they are no exception as special teams coach Stu Holt retweeted a picture of the teams new chrome and matte finish helmets courtesy of team equipment manager JC Lees.

The picture was tweeted out on Saturday night, while head Coach Willie Taggart was making sure to use social media to promote how nice the weather is in Tampa, while most of the country was experiencing a cold snap.

As I mentioned before, teams will do whatever it takes when it comes to recruiting. These tactics by Taggart and USF have worked pretty well as the Bulls have quietly racked up a recruiting class that would make any coach coming off of a 2-10 season proud. While they currently hold commitments from 24 prospects, all of which are 3-star and 4-star prospects (according to ESPN.com) would be good enough.  There is also talk of several high profile recruits becoming Bulls. This list includes 4-star linebacker/manimal Vincent Jackson Jr. and 3-star wide reciever Jo Jo Robinson, currently committed to Florida State making a switch to the Bulls.

The Bulls currently are on pace to have a top 40 recruiting class, according to 247sports.com
